Terms & Conditions – Super Duper Trip

Welcome to Super Duper Trip. By booking with us or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information while booking (such as names, dates, passport details, etc.).

Full payment or a specified advance may be required at the time of booking depending on the service type.

2. Payments

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or any other accepted payment method.

Any additional charges, such as transaction fees or foreign exchange fees, must be borne by the customer.

Failure to pay the balance amount within the specified time may result in cancellation of the booking, with applicable cancellation charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds will follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy as stated separately.

Super Duper Trip is not liable for any losses due to cancellations or delays caused by third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, or visa authorities.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring that they possess valid travel documents such as passport, visa, insurance, and any required health certificates.

Super Duper Trip will not be liable for any issues arising due to incorrect or invalid documents.

5. Prices & Inclusions

All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise.

Package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly specified at the time of booking. Any items not explicitly mentioned are to be borne by the customer.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Super Duper Trip reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, or operational constraints).

We will make every effort to keep the itinerary as originally planned or provide suitable alternatives.

7. Limitation of Liability

Super Duper Trip acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by default of any company or person engaged in providing services.

Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad courts only.

8. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and ensure that your personal information is handled securely and only used for booking and communication purposes.

We do not share your details with any third party except service providers involved in fulfilling your booking.

9. Acceptance

By booking with Super Duper Trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
